Makar Mulberry aged gin
Makar Mulberry Aged Gin adds another layer of complexity and uniqueness to our award-winning Makar Original Dry Gin by adding 10 weeks of ageing in bespoke-made 50-litre virgin mulberry wood casks. The result is an incredibly smooth and soft gin, pale to the eye, slightly woody on the nose and sweet on the palette. Mulberry Wood adds a hint of lemon, thyme and vanilla and a peppery finish. Try Makar Mulberry Aged Gin as a dry martini with a classic olive garnish or alternatively, combine with a high-quality ginger ale and a wedge of lime. Matured in tailor-made virgin oak wood casks over 10 weeks, Makar Oak Aged Gin has incredible colour, flavour and a unique smoothness derived from its maturation process. Maturation adds another layer of complexity to an already complex and bold spirit giving a delicious marriage of our vibrant, juniper-led gin with smoky notes from new European Oak. Soft on the nose, complex and lively on the tongue, with a peppery finish. Try it neat over ice or at the heart of a bold Negroni.

Makar Old Tom Gin is the reinvention of a traditional classic. Old Tom re-creates a sweeter style of gin which in recent times has enjoyed a renaissance after falling out of favour with the gin elite. Complementing the bold juniper of Makar Original Gin, Old Tom infuses orange peel, almonds and a small injection of honey into its distilling process. The result is an exceptionally well- balanced, complex and rewarding Old Tom Gin, sweeter on the palate than the popular London dry style. Re-create a classic by using Makar Old Tom to breathe new life into a Tom Collins, alternatively combine with a high-quality ginger beer and a wedge of lime. Tranquebar Gin
With the introduction of many new and exotic spices to Denmark by the Danish Indian Company’s ships , Jan de Willum was inspired to create a new version of the traditional genever, which his family had produced at their distillery in Amsterdam. Today’s Tranquebar Colonial Gin is based on this original recipe from the Jan de Willums’ family archive. Just as in the 16th century, Tranquebar Gin is still distilled in Holland, now in the genever capital, SCHIEDAM, where the famous Royal Dirkzwager Distillery was founded in 1879th. The flavour of Tranquebar Gin is that of a classic colonial gin, with the warm, full-bodied, soft spicy flavours of juniper, cardamom and cinnamon, combined with a fresh breath of orange and citrus. The recipe also remains the same, and aside from the classic gin herbs of juniper, coriander, orange peel, lemon peel and angelica, Tranquebar Gin contains additional exotic flavours from cardamom, cinnamon, nutmeg and Darjeeling tea, all from East India.

HERBIE VIRGIN is a non alcohol alternative to gin. Hand distilled with selected botanicals to give your non-alcoholic ”G&T” an exquisite fragrance and a fresh but yet balanced taste. HERBIE VIRGIN is produced in the Northern region of Denmark where botanicals and water from the distillery’s own well are hand distilled in small copper pots.
